Forums let you create threads and comment. Not all blogs let you comment.

An article is a piece of professionally written and published text about a subject that has been chosen by another party for the writer to write about. It usually does not contain any personal information or obvious personal bias by the writer. An example might be a news article or a how-to article.

A blog is an account of events with a personal perspective, and can be created using words, photos &/or video in any combination. It is not professionally written nor published.

The diffrence between blog and article submission is below -

The blog is for the most part casual in nature when contrasted with articles. The data gives in a blog resembles a typical discussion in which linguistic deliberateness is not given hugeness.

An Article is a segment of composing on a correct subject, by the writers, that can be distributed on locales, journal, and or newspapers.

Articles: If your business is highly affected by changes in laws or the latest research, and if it is necessary for your clients (customers, patients, etc.) to obtain the most up-to-date information quickly, then posting articles on your site is an excellent choice. Attorney and insurance company websites, for example, often contain articles for this very reason.

Blogs: If your goals include better visibility on Search Engines, an increase in your stature as a thought leader in your field, and building a relationship with readers, you're better off blogging. Blog software such as WordPress help make it possible for your readers to easily share your content, make comments, and subscribe.

There is no so much difference between blog and article submission as some minor difference is that
1: In article you can not give your opinion and in blog, you mostly give your opinion.
2: In an article, it includes research and interviews with credible sources and in blog no such things are
included.
3: Article does not contain keywords as blog is totally built around keywords.
