    Hi,

    Best Time to post on Facebook-

    1. For B2B brands, the best time is between 9 am and 2 pm EST on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
    2. B2C brands will have better luck at 12 pm EST on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.

    Best Time to Post on Twitter

    1. Between 11 am to 1 pm EST on Monday or Thursday for B2B.
    2. 12 pm or 1 pm Monday to Wednesday for B2C.

    Best Time to Post on Instagram

    1. Wednesday at 11 am and Friday at 10–11 am are the best times to post.
    2. The overall best day is Wednesday.
    3. The most consistent engagement happens Tuesday through Thursday from 10 am–3 pm.

    Best Time to Post on LinkedIn

    They found the best time to post on LinkedIn for both B2B and B2C business owners to be Wednesday at 9 am.

    Can you provide links to the resources where you got this information from? Not to say that it isn't accurate, but before basing a social media strategy off of it seeing the actual data behind the numbers would be helpful.
